HAVEN FEELS

Haven gives me so many FEELS. I've posted before about the show. I'm pretty hardcore OT3, gimme the ambiguous threesome vibes in canon and in fanon give me the full-fledged OT3. Anyway, I have all sorts of feelings about the season so far. It's moving fast, but you know what? I'm okay with it. It's working out alright so far. There's a different feel, but it's going satisfactory right now. Next, CHARACTER FEELINGS!

* Jordan: UGH. Don't get me wrong, I'm okay with her being alive and actually I can indeed understand where she's coming from... But still she's pissing me off. Argh. Strangle her. >:|

* Jennifer: I like her. The only hesitance I have is the possibility of her being present for two reasons - the first for her Trouble in hearing the Barn, which is perfectly reasonable, and (the thing I fear) second for her to act as Duke's alternative love interest. And here I'm a little torn as well because I appreciate not leaving one of my guys hanging (let's face it, I'm not gonna get canon OT3), but I don't feel like Jennifer's a genuine option. :-\

* "William" (Colin Ferguson's character): LOVE HIM! I'm a little nervous about him possibly being a baddie somehow, but I really want to see him again. I adored him and I freaking loved seeing his adorable face again. I need to finish watching the rest of Eureka some day.

* Duke's brother: I admittedly facepalmed when he was introduced. I had to cringe because other family was never mentioned and I'm just like "oop, random new character." I get where his role is gonna come into play, given Jordan showing up to see him at the end of last episode. And speaking of that...

Last week's episode: AHHH! The closing. Guh. Uh. MY BABIES! I'm actually really hoping that Audrey keeps her memories under wrap for longer and keeping that secret with Duke. I absolutely love that Duke worked it out, and he's the only one to have worked it out. He's... guh, my darling. Not happy about his (posessed) kissing of Jennifer and I'm not thrilled that she's leaning that way, but I'm unsurprised. Nathan and supposedly-Lexi scenes was rather heart-achy since Nathan was all "I want Audrey" and Lexi's disappointed face. :| I love how Duke took charge, though, and I'm just overall really liking how he's stepping up to the plate to try and keep things together. I think it's going to break him down sooner rather than later, so I damn well hope that Audrey's at his side to help him out. (Ok, so fanon wise I actually leaning slightly more towards Duke/Audrey... I swear just to be contrary to the canon near-certainty for Nathan/Audrey.)

Anyway... FEELS. And stuff. And my head hurts so I'm going now. BYE!

ITA with everything you said. I was having a hard time with the changing dynamics this season right up until the end of the last episode, and then that payoff was BRILLIANT. And Duke has been awesome this weekend. I can't wait to see where they're going next. (But hopefully they get rid of Jordan. Ugh.)

Duke's really been shining :) It's been wonderful for the relationship dynamics with Nathan, which is why I'm crossing my fingers for more scenes between my OT3. They're the best working together \o/ (Totally amused how Duke had to play the investigator role last week as Nathan was all *stare* and Lexi played "I'm hungry, what am I doing here?")

I forgot to mention that I'm happy for Dwight taking on the police department. I think he's a decent choice and I like that he has a firm role that's acknowleged.

I really like Dwight! He's very competent, and I think Aaron Copeland does a fantastic job with the role.

I have to say, it was the lack of Nathan/Audrey/Duke that was bumming me out about this season. (Although apparently Emily Rose was pregnant, and that's one of the reasons she was in the barn for so long?) I thought it was a good story, but I missed my show! And then that last scene just made me squee with joy. (Also, I wonder if that makes it more or less likely that Audrey/Nathan are MTB, and they're going to play with the Audrey/Duke pairing?)

But yeah, last episode was amazing.
