Ok, did Iowa send their weather this way?

On our way back from Toy Story 3 (which is flippin' awesome, BTW, laughed soooo hard) the sky looked just dismal! And it's been pouring and thundering and lightening and just miserable ever since. So it's about three hours now and keeps on going. Looks like the (multiple) stormfronts are coming from Iowa way. It's crazy the amount of flooding in SE Wisconsin! Watching the news and its pictures. Nowhere near as bad (as yet) as Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area was a few summers ago, but it's looking pretty damn nasty around here. And there's a huge sinkhole out towards the East Side.

Anyway, weather has put a total damper on ability to keep computer plugged in and any time we think about watching something else on the tv, either the storm picks up again or the lights threaten to go out. :p

Hopefully things will be done and pretty much cleaned up by the time we leave tomorrow cuz I need to get back to Minnesota!

That's all from me, for the moment.

Toy Story 3 is amazing isn't it! Laughed so hard my sides started hurting. I also cried a little (I'm a crier!). A wonderful way to round off the story of the toys. I love these films so much and once again Pixar prove that they can make exceptional animation with heart and a soul.

We've had flooding in Nebraska, too, although not specifically the area we live in. But my husband's family, in central NE has had serious flooding.
